Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To follow administrative procedures as communicated by Management of Company

2. Manage schedules and deadlines

3. Create and update records and databases

4. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail

5. Writing memos, correspondence, invoices, receipts, spreadsheets and other reports

6. Reconciling invoices with orders placed

7. If discrepancies exist to communicate these to supplier in order for the relevant corrections to be made

8. Follow up and track orders in order to ensure paid orders have been prepared and sent by Supplier

9. Any other duties requested by Management

Person Specification

  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language (written and spoken)
  • Previous working experience and knowledge of SAP system will be considered as additional advantages
  • Excellent knowledge with Word, Excel and power point presentations
  • Organizational skills
  • Calm and able to perform well under pressure
